Margret Theis, Dr. Charles Kettle, Mirita and Ruben Perez, Lawyer Stephen B. McCann and others are/were Owners involved in frauds and nuisances in Major's Condo 935, and conspired with the Metro Toronto Police 14 Division to cover-up their own felonies and mislead the police in bring hundreds charges against Major causing thousands Canadians get involved in the most uncivilized legal battles in the World that brought the Ontario Administrations of Justices into disrepute!

Ruben Perez purchased unit 504 on 1991 and with his wife Mirita Perez, joined with the corrupt group of the owners. The corrupt Board arbitrary selected R. Perez as the Superintendent to harass owners who complain for frauds and major defects in the building, and his wife M.Perez and the member of Board. Since 1992, I objected several times for violations of conflict of interest law that one owner- Ruben Perez withdraw over $400,000 from small low income owners' Budget as the salary and benefit for five days/week. Perez Family, illegally and have send over $200,000 from Budget in legal fees to defend their own crimes and wrongs in the Courts. The documents indicate Mirtia Perez signed many illegal Cheques to her husband. In last ten years few corrupt owners, by conspiracy and fraud in votes, are ruling over the majority low income families and clearly defrauding us. Several Rates Mark Arnold, Rossana Gilietti and members of 14 Police Division are harassing any owner who ask a simple question that "Where our money were spend?" " Why since 1991 the dirty water seep to my unit from common element did not repaired but over $100,000 fabricating bills were made that repairs have down?" In May 1996, Police Officer Shawn Elliot, abused his power and illegally arrested me in the Meeting and forced me to leave when he was witness of conspiracy of Rat Arnold and Perez Family. In last Five Years I can not attend in the meeting for my own property and have comments for benefits of my own family and neighbors. In Last 10 years that landed, I am do have right to vote for three Expensive Governments that we have in Toronto, Ontario and Canada!

When the Government-(McCann) does a fraud in election of one the low income family Home; Could You believe that this PIG nature dirty Government did not proceed on frauds and Cheating in Quebec's Election in 1996, where thousands BILLIONS dollars wealth of Quebec's citizen were involved? If the Quebec was FREE in 1996, NOW whole Canada was FREE from this Dirty corrupt British Colonial System and had honorable lifestyle system like Europe that Ontario itself is bigger than several FREE countries in the World? In 1991, I purchased a unit in Condo 935 at 456 College Street, Toronto. A RAT lawyer, Henry Gertner closed my deal and cheated me about $5000 GST retuned by forgery. Soon, I discovered another Rat (lawyer) Stephen B. McCann who was employee of the Attorney General of Ontario involved in ten counts of frauds over two thousands against accounts of my Condo. I complained to the Metro Police 14 Division; Detective Alexander Field received bribe and closed the file!
I complained to the justice of peace Richard Roman and courts, they refused to charge the Board -(Dr. Charles Kettle, M. Theis-United Church of Canada stealing from Condo too, Rubin Perez, Marita Perez, McCann, Maysfield and Caber) for Frauds. The Law Society did not investigate my complaints honestly. I brought action 95-CU-84058 against the Police, the Crown, Law Society, College of Phrygians and other parties. The Law Society, Attorney General, Borden & Elliot conspired against Order of Judge Norman D. COO, and the Registrar dismissed my action*+.

I tried to have a motion for contempt of Coo's Order; but the said parties maliciously prosecuted me that in courtroom I assaulted a court offer-Green, in front of Judge Graham; and I paid $2000 cash to a dishonest Jewish lawyer Lorne Levine to represent my cases. Levine, conspired with the said parties and created a false account that I was owing to him that I could not hire another lawyer. I brought action* 96-CU-102264 against Levine; the Condo send me a letter of threat.

I subpoenaed Graham as key witness. Black Judge Lampkin who was defendant in my action 96-CU-113026 refused to enforce the subpoena and find me in contempt of court-15 days imprisonment, and 12 months later again defendant Lampkin find me guilty of assault against Green and brought reason that he was not biased! I complained to the Ontario Judicial Council that Black Judge Lampkin verbally insulted me, conspired and has stolen three pages of Green's complaints from the exhibits; but my complaints were dismissed I brought action 96-CU-114952 against Ontario Judicial Counsel and 72 parties; they brought application and Judge J. Wilkins stayed all my actions. I appealed Wilkins' Order, all my appeals were dismissed +++

As soon as I was convicted for contempt Detective Edward Follert, 52 Division, and eight other officers arrested me and tortured me in the Old City Hall. I suffered 25 injuries including broken ribs. Several doctors-M. Klar, J. V. Pinilla, Z.A.Zolt, S. Janjua, A.Gonzalez have covered the crime of the police. The dishonest College of Physicians and the corrupt Health Professional and Appeal Board dismissed all my complaints against the said dishonest doctors; I brought 97-CV-125773 against Follert and Metro Police and attached all medical reports to my affidavit, the dishonest Judge Day said these are not prima facie case and charge me to pay costs to offenders..

The said offenders, after several frauds in the information, have charged me that I assaulted Follert and Aiken. Judge Cadsby tried those charges and Follert alleged that I spit to his face and eyes and spit gone to face of Canadian Police and Canadian History. Cadsby dismissed charges and found Lampkin and Follert conspired against me and called the Police as the "Stupid". I ordered for transcript to prove my case in the Court of Appeal for Ontario, court reporter Simard conspired with Lampkin and removed the Cadsby's Reasons against the Black Judge Lampkin, he was not appointed for honest records, because he was a Rat and can give any kind of judgments..

I appealed against Lampkin's judgments. McRae J. who was defendant in my action, dismissed my appeal in my absent! I appealed to the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Osborne ACJA adjourned my motion and endured: "due to conflict of interest with Doherty JA"; than Osborne dismissed my appeal where the ground of appeal was conflict of interest with Lampkin PJ! Osborne played a dirty game in finding the ground for apprehension of bias, where Goudge JA dissented orally++ that there was not causation for conviction of contempt by Black Judge Lampkin. I filed the notice of appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada; the corrupt Registrar Roland refused to file my notice of appeal and rejected oral dissent of Goudge JA, and did not replied to my motions; while verbal dissents must be acceptable! But, why dishonest Judge Osborne did not write Goudge's dissents? And, why Goudge and Laskin JJA did not signed Osborne's endorsement?!

During all my trials, Condominium purchased a weight machine and installed above my unit and operates it during 24 hours seven days a week! The City of Toronto found the Condo has violated the City By-law. The Attorney General interfered with prosecution and I was forced to prosecute myself as private prosecutor. The Justice of Peace Ian McNish conspired with Condo and got over $60000 bribes, which was divided between several corrupt administrators of the Old City Hall- John Belonger, Juddy Crowford, Allen Scott...Soon, McNish JP dismissed the said charge; I appeal his decision and I got new trial order, a New Trial again conducted by McNish JP and dismissed again-by stealing my master evidence and charged me with the costs. I appeal McNish Judgment, Silverman PJ said I did not find evidence that McNish JP was stolen a master evidence and dismissed my appeal; but Silverman erred in law and fact that the transcript that he was reading was not related to trail of theft charge against McNish that he be able to find the fact Canadian Judge McNish, is a Thief or less than a dirty Thief! I filed application for leave to the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Judge Brooke after hearing my grounds of theft of the evidence by the trial judge; asked me: "What is a Question of Law?" and dismissed my application. Brooke JA failed to understand when a Canadian judge is a thief, than there is not a court that a man be able to raise a question of law; but Brooke like Osborne played different game in Ontario v. P. M. Fur

Than brought an application against me and alleged that I was not allowing them to repair the defective ceiling that causes noise disturbances for my unite, and seek an order that I must sell my property, and every month the price should be reduced by %10 till my property be sold. The corrupt lawyer Mark Arnold, by forgery tried to mislead the court; Boland J. dismissed the application with costs. The Condo did not pay the costs and appealed to the Court of Appeal-C24450; in 1998 the court dismissed the Condo's appeal and instructed that the ceiling must be repaired. The Condo disobeying the Court's Order to repair the defective ceiling that since 1991 causing disturbances for us and continuously creating fabricating evidence against me by the corrupt Caber Property Management's staffs and there is not any court in this country to hear the grievances and render the judgment in the merits…

The word of Condominium means "common ruling for your own property" while in each annual meeting several corrupt members of 14 Divisions harassing the owners who ask a simple question that: "Where our money were spend?" I was arrested for the same reason by clear conspiracy of Solicitor Arnold and forced to leave the meeting. The corrupt Police and the Attorney General are not allowing me to make decision for my own property, how could they allow us to make decision for our Dear Country "Ontario" by a referendum and as we can see, these dirty pigs officials are selling whole of us to the corrupt Americans' Capitalisms…

Since 1992, the corrupt Attorneys General of Canada and Ontario and all kinds of Police [Metro, Provincial, RCMP, Community Watches] interfering with all my businesses and private communications, all my family and personal relationships were interfered, most of my key evidences were stolen from inside of my property at 456 College Street and through mails and e-mails by University of Toronto; with whoever I made a contract, the party was forced to breach his contract, including several flying clubs in Ontario and Quebec where pilots- Richard Schobesberger-Aviation Manager, McTavish were involved in theft of Airline Transport Licensing examinations that will put the Canadian Airlines passengers' lives in a real danger.
But, as it is the Canadian poor Culture, I was punished for the said honest report by suspending all my aviation licenses. I filed several lawsuits, but I was forced to pay costs to the thieves and robbers, as we all know the Canadian and Ontario Justice Systems are in the dirty hands ex-lawyers rats and pigs who were selected as the judges, because of their dishonestly. Therefore,
I did not receive any kind of social assistants and help to support my single parent family since 1991 that I am unemployed, all my insurance claims were dismissed and stayed, all my occupational licenses were suspended in several malicious prosecutions+ where all complainants were members of the Metro Police and judges who have put the picture of Queen Elizabeth, as the Leader of the British Colonial Robbery Systems in their corrupt offices…
