INTRODUCTION
The statement of facts in this website are indicating the large numbers of the Ontario and Quebec Doctors and Hospitals were/are involved with my medical care. All doctors' names are taken from my OHIP records of January 27, 1998, where since than many other doctors were/are involved with me that their names are not available at this time, June 23, 2005. I left in Iran over forty years and all doctors and hospitals involved in my medical care were less than %5 of doctors and hospitals in Canada. My point is that Why too many doctors must get involve with me? The answer is the Fraud and Conspiracy of Insurance companies and the Crowns with the Government of Canada and provinces against the Public and Public Medical System is the "Constructive Industry" that disrepute the Canadian Medical System as the most harmful and expensive Medical System in the World. Toronto Police had accident with my car and caused permanent injuries to me; the Crown, Police and Insurance companies conspired with the Canadian Medical Systems to not pay any kind of damages and benefits to me, where I paid over $50,000 to the insurance companies for lawful benefits where I am unable to work since 1994. My proofs are the Income Tax that I filed with the Government which is only the interests that I got in my investments. In the other word, since 1994, I am living with my investments, instead the tax payers have paid over $100,000 for my medical care. Only the insurance companies and the corrupt servants of police and Crowns had benefits. They are obligated in law to act ethically and lawfully. We are all obligated to educate ourselves with this corrupt industry to able to able obstruct, punish all those criminals who are acting maliciously against our systems. This important cannot be accomplished unless the criminals and their tricks be indicated clearly. I am 'senior fighter pilot' that means I passed the top level of medical exams in Iran and Canada and I am holding the First Class Canadian Medical Certificte issued by Transport Canada. However, the corrupt Ontario Medical System by 'forgery in the name of doctors' made all kinds of illness recorded against me in my OHIP record of January 27, 1998: LOOK to sample of accusative illness against me: "Deafness alleged reported by Dr. Fox; or 'Eczema' 'Atopic Dermattis' Neurodermatitis' and ' Nasopharygitis' by Iranian-Canadian Dr. Boozary; or 'Abrasions, Bruises, Contusions and other Superficial injuries by Dr. Mayer on May 19, 92, where my actual injuries happened on May 7, 1993 ; when a police agnet attacked to me and caused me injuries. With this fabricated record insurance company denied all my benefits; or the fraudulent report by Dr. Kofman : 'EPILEPSY' just imagine if a transport pilot suffer 'EPILEPSY'!
Or countless Heart Specialists have examine me just to defraudOHIP while my heart is as good as that my running record is 181 Minutes and I went 569 Km with bike from Toronto to Niagara Fall.

On September 11, 2005, Corrupt Dentist Sadegh Pakroo twice called my home. He was very rude and abusive and alters threat to me in which in both cases I hang up the phone by WARNING him to NOT call my number again. Sadegh-Pakroo is borne in Province of Azarbizajan and has slang when he is talking. The following are my recollection of the said threats by the Corrupt Sadegh-Pakroo:

I heard myself in the Iranian Community that everyone was talking against Pakroo with each other:
-Do you know?
-What?
-Doctor Sadegh Pakroo is charged for sexual assault?
- The sexual assault? Whom?
- A poor young female patient in his Office while checking her teeth!
- Oh! It is awful! What a dirty pig is Pakroo!
- Yes! I agree he is a dirty pig that breached his Professional Oath to not sexually abuse his patient.
Further I heard myself in the News of "Radio Paarsi" when the Speaker Soultanpour read the news that" "The Toronto Police asking for complainants forward complaints against Dentist Saadegh Pakro who was charged for sexual assault of a young female patient during examination. The patient filed a complaint with the authorities in which Dr. Pakro was charged subsequently. Police declared that Parkro would before the Ontario Court on …"
Moreover, I read in the Iranian Media printed in Toronto that the "Police Notice" that : The Toronto Police asking for complainants forward complaints against Dentist Saadegh Pakro who was charged for sexual assault of a young female patient during examination. The patient filed a complaint with the authorities in which Dr. Pakro was charged subsequently. Police declared that Parkro would before the Ontario Court on …"
I did not follow what happen to the charges. However, Pakro changed is business address and continued in other place. This fact is indicating to me that the Court dismissed the charges! However, under no circumstances, I would accept that the complaint filed against Pahro was vexatious, frivolous and abuse of process.
Furthermore, I would reject that the Complainant, Police and the Crown have brought malicious prosecution against Pakro. IF, Pakro had any dignity and honor had all rights under the Canadian Torts Law to file Lawsuit against the Complainant, Police and/or the Crown. There is no evidence before me that he ever processed such lawsuit, which was lawful and his right; because he knew that would not win the lawsuit! Otherwise, Pakro is very greedy and hungry for more and more illegal money and he would certainly do that!
I shall add that the fact that many charges against 'criminals' are dismissed everyday by the Courts in Canada, under no circumstances, shall be considered that the Police, and the Crown did NOT consider all standards and thresholds before laying the charges and before prosecuting them. But, why all these charges are dismissed, there are ample reasons that 'Corruption in Canadian Justice System' is only one element of that, the other reasons could be said as:
A- Canadian Jails are OVER loaded and already each Canadian pays more than $1000 to keep the Justice System runs and criminals stay in countless prisons across Canada!
B- One of the most important fact that many charges are dismissed are the "Lawyers' and their deals with the Crown outside the courtrooms, that in Canadian Courts is lawful and acceptable. Many times, I heard that judges asking from the Crown and lawyers to go outside and have a 'talk' and comeback to the courtroom!
C- Another master evidence is that ALL professionals in CANADA are paying a huge money to their own 'Associations' and 'Insurance Companies" to protect them in front of Lawsuits and Charges. These 'Associations' and 'Insurance Companies ' are usually the MOST powerful organizations in Canada that even Crown 'as the most powerful legal agency in Canada' has many difficulties to fight with them. The reason is VERY complicated. IF the spastics indicate that many 'Dentists' 'Physicians' 'Lawyers', etc have committed 'certain crimes' the 'Insurance Companies' are going to raise their premiums for those professions. In another words, the 'Associations' are required to pay Millions Dollars extra, because a 'criminal' like Pakro was animal and sexually assaulted women! In 1993 there was over 5000 [Five Files] for complaints of sexual assault against
Ontario Physician at the College of Physicians. Since 1990, while there were OVER One Hundreds Complaints of sexual assaults by 'Professionals' across Canada, I have noted in the Media less than FIVE convictions!
In addition: I have got information from the sources that Corrupt Pakro have declared Bankruptcy, and did not paid many people money. Further the Dentists association has suspended his license for certain period [Three months]. Further, Corrupt Pakro has harassed his own wife with a knife and in which the Court prohibited him to approach to her home, and he was in precipitation program for a while! Corrupt Pakro is famous to be a dirty ruffian who harasses people with knife! In Persian we call them: "Chaa-ghoo-kesh"

Dear Dr. Tarlo:
Thank you for evaluating my complaint against toxic mould in my apartment* and examines; I also told you that the management* since last September did not clean the mould professionally.
You have addressed few questions that herein are the answers:
1- My Family Doctor is: Dr. SOBOLOFF, at 245-340 College Street; M5T 3A9. Tel 416 537 2527; I shall mention that Dr. Soboloff wrote to the management of my Condo* that they must provide me accommodations, before cleaning the moulds; however, yet the management did not given me any alternative accommodation.

2- ATTACHMENT "B" are three pages of letter and result of allergy tests by Dr. Nizami in which before last line mentioned the skin test result ….moulds…
3- ATTACHMENT "C" is a copy of complete report by the T. Harris Environmental Inc. in which you had few pages on the record. On October 26, 2004 T. Harris performed series of tests including moulds tests and air quality tests. On end of November 2004 the similar tests were performed bythe Health Department of City of Toronto, who found worst air quality then T. Harris, in particular CO2 concentration was more than 1100 ppm; however T. Harris tests was done in different time with result of 900ppm at page 5. The lab result is located at last page containing the Federal-Provincial Advisory that: "Active fungal growth sites are unacceptable regardless of the extent…"

I saw that all others they have changed their regular dress and they wear the hospital wearing for CT scan, but I did NOT change my dress at ALL.
Usually, it is very long process; but today it takes less than 5 minutes that I was discharged; usually, the physician will ask to wait to see if the result was good than they discharge; but today I was Discharged immediately. AFTER the CT Scan, I have suffered very painful and serious headache for several hours. The said headache was in addition to the continuous headache that I have since the said assault. Does CT scan cause headache; and if why I was not advised.
As far as, there was a lot of changes with other services that I had; I will be thankful if you let me find the said questions which has caused me uncomfortable!

This is a complaint against Dr. Charles KETTLE for interference with my medical care at down town hospitals since 1993.
In 1992, I have discovered a big frauds in the accounts of Condominium 935. Dr. Kettle and Stephon S. McCann( a solicitor hired by the Attorney General of Ontario) were the members of the Board of Directors of our Condominium 935. Exhibit No. 1, demonstrate the said frauds.
I have request from the Board to return the stolen money to the accounts of the corporation. But, Kettle and McCann, instead of returning money to the accounts, have started to spend a lot of money from our budget, to fraudulently MAKE an account to read with the expenses. In Exhibit No. 1, you can see three different accounts has been made for 1991. For example there are three different figures for Telephone bills, plumbing, hydro etc.
When, I have discovered that the said corrupted members of the Boards do not have intention to return our money; I have reported to the Police; Exhibit No.2, is indicate that Police was investigating the said fraud to charge them with CRIMINAL CODE.
Dr. Kattle who was very upset from my legal action; in 1993, has purchased a HUGE Weight Machine and installed it above my bedroom; and himself and his wife and McCann and his wife have started to using the very NOISY machine in whole 24 hours and forcing me to sell my property. Exhibit No. 3, indicate the picture of Weight Machine and a cheque to Dr. Kettle who purchased the weight machine. Condo 935, was charged for Noise Disturbances against me, and Dr. Kettle was called to the court by me in 1994, and he mislead the court by dishonest testimony. Exhibit No.4, is the answer of the Minister of Justice Canada and Attorney General of Ontario for frauds in the accounts of Condo 935.
Dr. Kettle, in reply to my cross examination at courtroom, refused to reply to my questions that what kind of affects and damages may continuous noise disturbances, nerves shock and lack of sleep have on the human systems. He was MY WITNESS and as professional was responsible to answer. Dr. Kettle dishonestly in response to my questions has caused that charge against Condo 935 be dismissed; AND I WAS FORCED TO PAY $500 TO COND 935 FOR COMPLAING AGAINST NOISE OF A WEIGHT MACHINE!
Since 1993, I am facing with difficulties at Toronto Western Hospital and Doctors Hospital and their Doctors with medical cares. I have attacked to the illegal benefits of Dr.Kettle; he has attacked to my minimum basic medical cares. And As you know several doctors involved in my complaints, are servants of the said Hospitals.
Dr. Kettle, who was involved in dishonestly; has planned several conspiracies against me that I may be charged under some criminal charges when I was at Hospital. Kettle who is accused in several actions at Ontario Courts; was successful to destroy my reputation at my community . I am immigrant to Canada in 1990. I did not knew all the tricks that criminals like Kettle using in fight against a GOOD man like me. Dr. Kettle and his parties have destroyed my total life quality and quantity. In 1992, I had best medical condition, as senior pilot when I was trying to get my Airline Transport Pilot License. Dr. Kettle and his wife with tricks have discovered my flying school; several days after my conversation with them; in sudden, I have received poor services from the said flying school(Toronto Airways Limited). Dr. Kettle misconduct himself with the court process as an expert witness; and as a professional has intentionally purchased the Weight Machine and other heavy machine to injure me and my children. A professional man must have faith and trust to some value and principle. I as Fighter Pilot of F-4E, Phantom, as a professional pilot, if I did NOT had great faith and trust to GOD I may obey orders that may cause great damages to the people when I was at Air Force. It is sad to say; but all those Canadian Professional that I have seen; they have not any strong faith; and respect for their profession. And a professional who does not have faith, may be the MOST DANGEROUS CRMINAL WHO IS ACTING AGAINST THE SOCIETY. Canadian Criminal Organizations are enjoying from FULL cooperation of the BEST professionals.

While I appreciate from you and Mr. Klar for providing me with some answers; but I regret that I could not accept the reply of Dr. Klar as a complete reply to my concerns.
Exhibit No. 1, is the Emergency report from St. Michael Hospital that says my Rib No. 8, was broken; therefore, the result of Toronto Jail X-Ray could NOT BE NORMAL!
I am requesting from you to ask for the X-Ray; from the said Hospital and Jail and than judge yourself that how comes there were two different results.
Since 1993, there is interference with my Medical Care. The Government has paid to medical services. And I did NOT received professional services. And ONLY criminal has enjoyed the benefits of the said interference and abuse of the medical services which are very expensive of taxpayers.
I will forward a new complaint against Dr. Charles KETTLE to your office in near future with some documentary evidences; that will indicate, who the corruption in the accounts of Condo 935, in 1991, to 1993, were related to all these complaints.

This is a complaint against professional misconduct of Dr. Vicente Pinilla, my family doctor.
On August 2, 1997, I was at office of Dr. Pinilla for serious headache that I am suffering since December 11, 1996, due to aggravated assault by NINE member of Metro Police; that I am trying to charge them under section 229 of Criminal Code for attempt to murder.Dr. Pinilla, since December 1996, doing his best in cover up the criminal acts of the said Police offenders. In this way, Dr. Pinilla had very inhuman and insulting manner with me; and with full knowledge of my physical weakness and injuries tried his best to abuse his authorities to create fabricating evidences to mislead the justice, which is criminal offence.
5 English is not my language, and it is very hard for me to express my pains and feeling even in my own language. Dr. Pinilla abused this weakness for infusion of the edia of the others to suggest that " You are MAD and must see psychologist!"- this is not proper language to talk with a patient-.
Dr. Pinilla without my consent and with any complaint from me, in sudden wrote a drug for depression and force me to accept it; that I have rejected. When I asked him what is his reasons for his suggestion to see psychologist; Dr. Pinilla stated that my complaint of being victim of drinking POISON at Ontario Insurance Commission was strange to him[ RE file 37382].
Dr. Pnilla several times has reject to send me to specialist for second opinion for my injuries.While since aggravated assault and torture my total face has been changed by loss of beard and mustache; Exhibit A. The first picture indicate swelling in my throat due to strangling by Police that Dr. Pinilla refused to send me to specialist. I could not speak for several months properly; and I never get proper treatment for my throat injuries. I have lost all my bread, mustache, hear in my head and body that I believe it was due to injuries to epiglottis , laryngeal, and thyroid gland.
Dr. Pinilla always referring to specialist that he knew they are able to breach their fundamental of their profession and create fabricating evidences; as I have presented evidences in my complaint against Dr. Sehmi in your file number 38157. Clearly I am not with the way that Dr. Pinilla misconduct and aggravated assault. But, I have valuable culture that can help me to realize my hard condition. I do not need any drug to realize this simple fact. Please investgate my complaint against Dr. Pinilla; and see the Historical Disclosure related to this complaint.

On December 11, 1996, I was aggravated assaulted and tortured by nine members of the Metro Police at Old City Hall cells; that I have suffered more than 25 injuries that Dr. Klar has brought to your attention in file 37555.
After I was released from Toronto Jail; due to serious pains from my ribs and throat, I have attended to the Mount Sinai Hospital for taking X-rays. While I kept without paying any attention to me at Emergency Department for about 3 HOURS!
That Dr. Zlot, Zoe, with absolute rush approached me and in few seconds examined my throat and my ribs by pressing on broken parts told me that she could not help me at all.
I request from her to take X-rays from my ribs and throat. Dr. Zolt Zoe told me that X-rays could not help broken ribs and they are very expensive and has given me 20 tablet Ta#3. My Complaint is that: 1- why Dr. Zolt Zoe did not examine all my injuries, in , head, neck, throat, chest, back and legs and record them properly; particularly, I do not believe that pressing on my broken ribs was a professional conduct that caused me rapid increase of pains; 2- Why Dr. Zolt Zoe did not ordered X-rays; 3- And why she was so nervous and so hasty.
Dr. Zolt Zoe, professional misconduct and negligent has caused me series consequences; such as total lost of hear, beard and mustache; that if she could examine my throat properly she may help me by some kind of drug to effect on my injured thyroid gland.

This is a complaint against professional misconduct of Dr. Bozorgzadeh, who is practicing at Mount Sinai Hospital.
On January 27, 1997, I was happy that I have found a physician from Iran that I could explain my pains and injuries after aggravated assault on December 11, 1996. But, Dr. Bozorgzadeh, abused my trust and started to investigate many information about my backgrounds in Iranian Air Force and Air Plaines that I flow there and name of some Iranian Air Force Officers.
Dr. Bozorgzadeh, has abused my weakness and hid authorities of asking series of almost about everything, my life, my children, my marriage status, the present location of my wife, my income and many other questions.
Dr. Bozorgzadeh, read a copy of my compliant against nine member of Metro Police who tortured me on December 11, 1996; and asked me to provide him with more copies of my complaints, I asked him for example what kind of complaints you are looking for.
Dr. Bozorgzadeh, was to prepare for the answer and while he was avoiding me, by direct looking to me; with hesitation stated: "Any complaint, any kind of writing!", I asked him: " Do you like a book that I wrote in Persian!"; his response was positive.
Dr. Bozorgzadel asked me that if I have seen any specialist. I told him: "Yes, I have seen Dr. Koffman; and he ordered CT Scan!". He asked me, where I am going to have CT Scan; I stated at Mount Sinai Hospital.
On March 13, 1`997, when I went for CT Scan; I was mistreated by staff, and in less than five minute, without change of dress or any injection, I was told that CT Scan was completed.
Exhibit A, is my complaint to Edward Hassel, Radiologist in Chief of Mount Sinai Hospital for abuse of process in CT Scan; that I believe Dr. Bozorgzadeh, has informed the interested parties and they have obstructed my medical examination to prevent me from basic medical care.
Dr. Bozorgzadeh, did not had normal conduct with me; his looking and manner was contemptuous; he has ordered some blood examination, but he did not informed me form the result and did not continued the follow up procedure to record changes in my medical condition.
Please investigate my complaint and use all your ability that the Physicians be able to exercise their own discretion without interference. Historical Disclosure, attached to this complaint will help to understand malicious movement of Dr. Bozorgzadeh, for put question in front of my mental health. This is a same plan that Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Pinilla were forced to follow.

Dear Members of the Executive Committee:
I am writing in regard of numerous complaint files that I have registered in your office.
Please consider that English is not my language and since 1990 that I came to Canada I always had difficulties in expressing myself in proper technical language that be more understandable for your member of Comittees; and as result all my complaints have been dismissed with injustice; and raised new series of complaints; as the wrongdoers vindictively are aggravating my very hard conditions. Enclosed you will find three new complaints addressing to your the Registrar, that I am requesting from you, to forward them with some kind of order with your discretion to the Registrar for filing.
Herein, I have to apologies for any irregularity; but my very hard condition has forced me to follow this way of remedy. It is possible, that if this Honourable Executive Committee have some kind of order in these new files; the abuse of my medical care be stopped by the physicians and I be allowed after FOUR years to continue in my normal conduct with physicians at Ontario, away from any interference and abuse.
In support of the said three new complaints against physicians; herein, I am presenting a Historical Disclosure that will provide some lights to the issues in my complaints.
The most important fact is that I am victim of a series of criminal conspiracies, since 1991; that have been registered at Federal and Province Courts in over ten thousands pages of evidences under the oath.
The fact is that Federal, Province and Municipality Governments are accused of corruption with strong evidences in my actions. Many Canadians authorizes are defendants in my actions, either for direct involvement in frauds and conspiracies, or in covering up the others wrongdoing.
In complaint against Dr. Charles Kettle, File No. 37958, I have presented documentary evidences that indicate the Attorney General of Ontario was involved in MILLIONS of dollars frauds in account of my Condo 935; at aforesaid address.
In the attached Historical Disclosure, I have presented some evidences that indicate the Federal Government was involved in corruption in the Airline Transport Pilot License("ATPL") written examinations, when I was writing my examine in October 1992.
HISTORICAL DISCLOSURE
This Historical Disclosure has been presented to lead the Executive Committee and the Committees to a justice decision against all my complaints that still there is not any decisions on them and the new complaints against Dr. Pinilla , Dr. Bozorgzadeh, Dr. Zlot Zoe, who are trying, with creation of the fabricating evidences, to prevent me from representation in my legal proceedings against criminal.
This Historical Disclosure is presented, mainly, in chronological order:
1- Memorandum dated July 21, 1997 From: Rick Schobesberger *-Director To: Tina Soares- Regional Superintendent Re: Photocopies of Exam questions submitted by Applicant, Nourhaghighi * Schobesberger, as Director of the Aviation Licensing was in very serious difficulties for corruption in ATPL. In page two of this document, paragraph number one is confirming my report was HONEST and TRUE.
BUT, Shobesberger, by having this report from the Regional Superintendent in possession; has made fraudulent report to Minster of Transport and has given false and misleading evidences under the OATH to my question at trial. On the day of trial; I did not have this important document in my possession in cross-examination from Schobesberger.
2- Letter dated August 4, 1993 From: Minister of Transport Canada To: K. Nourhaghighi
Re: Corruption in ATPL and CASRP** The Minister stated that : " These exams are kept under lock and key and are very closely monitored."; while *Tina Soares has reported that: "It would be interesting to find out HOW Mr. Nourhaghighi obtained these photocopies…" The Minister stated that: " Your comments were referred to OFFICIALS…. They can find NO evidence to substantiate your allegation …" Transport Canada, did not provide my aviation license; and immediately after the trial of Schobesberger; my Driver License has been suspended for FOUR years too. This was the price of my of my honest report given by the Governments; YOU shall consider the comments of *Soares; she does not become UPSET as the PUBLIC SAFETY was in danger by obtaining the highest aviation license. She did NOT say that the said frauds was DANGER and immediate act was require; but, like a kid that cheat in a game, Soares stated " It is INTERESTING to know…"; the life of ten thousands passengers of the Canadians Air Lines were in Danger; and they have cover up the said crimes. In my complaint against Dr. Gonzalez [file 36932], I have give evidences that after I was assaulted by two under cover Police Officers on December 14, 1995; Dr. Gonzalez instead of sending me to specialist; he has suggested that I call him by telephone; and when I call him, in sudden he told me that he prefer instead of specialist I should see psychologist. Than, the tape recording of our conversation was provided by Dr. Gonzalez to Ontario Insurance Commission. And OIC than asked me to provide psychologist certificate to allow me to represent myself for Insurance Claim of May 7, 1993; in OCTOBER 22, 1997!! For basic Insurance that I have purchased for my family.

All my complaints against several physicians in your office; and TWO actions against two investigators of your office, indicate that my complaints has root to
Historical Disclosure, in very brief manner, I have tried to present the main motive of all
criminal wrongdoing against me. You will see in the evidences; that in December 9, 1992, I had the best medical condition " Category 1". While today, I am permanently physically disable. I have hired several lawyers to present my cases. But, as far as, all my allegations are extra ordinary accusation against the corrupted Governments officers; my lawyers, were forced to withdrawn from my cases. At the same time, as far as, all sources of my income were closed maliciously, could not afford Excellent Solicitors who were able to present my cases. Therefore, I was forced to learn some basic fundamental of presentation in Canadian Court Systems; and I was successful to win in civil litigation against the many good lawyers of this city- such as Miller Thomson- and I have obtained more than 10 judgments against tens Criminals who were parties of the said corrupted Governments officers. The Governments knew that if the accusation of the corruption in ATPL gets publicity, the greatest possible damages- estimated Hundreds Billion Dollars- could effect immediately the Airline Industry across Canada; and I did not had intention to make it public.
The seriousness of the said accusation; as caused a dishonest and a criminal plan of conspiracy against me since May 1993, that Historical Disclosure will provide such picture with documentary evidences.
One of the most oppressive and inhuman plan of conspiracy against me on July 1993 was to receive declaration from a aviation medical office that I was suffering mental disorder.
Such fabricating decision could prohibit me from presentation in my cases at the Courts, and would bring all my material facts, under the question. AND that was the total object of conspiracy.
In the Historical Disclosure, there are different evidences that indicate some Physicians they did not cooperate with the said criminal act; and some others the have cooperate disgracefully.
Maureen Gans from your office was very helpful to second group in creation of the fabricating evidences against me and dismissal of my complaints.
Today, more than any other day , my life and reputation is in danger; I am requesting from all Honorable Members of Executive Committee to not allow the wrongdoing and criminal plan,
that has intention to declare me as a mentally disorder person be accomplished OFFICIALLY
while I have evidences to believe that Dr. Pinilla, Dr. Gonzalles, Dr. Bozorgzadeh, and few others by confidential reports have caused that all my actions stay in Ontario Courts; the said confidential reports were provided to the Ontario Authorities in the private communications.
I am looking forward to hear your response in your earliest possible as I am in critical condition; while I will maintain all my hope to the God and to the justice.

*** Schobesberger and his party were faced with a lawsuit at Ontario Court(General Division) for recover of less than $500 damages!
Schobesberger, who was in danger of scandal and loosing his job; on December 14,1993, five months before a trial date, has forwarded this "Protected" Memorandum to Mr. Dr. B. Haskell; expecting from him deceleration of Mental Disorder against me ! Honourable Mr. Dr. B. Haskell, has given the best possible honest evaluation to Schobesberger: " I find no evidence of a formal thought disorder, psychosis or significant neurosis." .
4- Endorsement of Madam Justice Boland dated March 27, 1996****
**** When the said corrupted official have failed in obtaining any evidence against my
Mental Health; they are tring, since 1995, to prove that I am a dangerous person; therefore, they have get order that I be force to leave my property. The best Condominium’s Law Firm, Gardiner, Blumberg presented a malicious application against me; I have represented myself and I have defend my right strongly. Madam Justice Boland has reference to difficulties of Condo 935, and has clearly stated:
" There is NO evidence to support the bald allegation of the Property Manager that Mr. Nourhaghighi is DANGER to others in the building!" This was a period of time that Maureen Gans from your office was playing different games to support the said allegation. I have evidence to believe that Gans finally in 1997 has provided enough confidential evidence to support the plan of conspiracy.

***** On Nov 14, 1995 I was served with a water which was contained a POISON at Ontario Insurance Commission(‘OIC"); I was taken with ambulance to the Branson Hospital .Dr. Abramson, maliciously, ignored my request to test my blood and urine for POISON and intentionally has given me several INTRAVENOUS SOLUTION were injected to my blood vessel. Dr. Abramson, ignorance in last paragraph is confirmation of his criminal act. The said poison had many side effect on my body that has given in complaint against Dr. Abramson and Dr. Gonzalez.
6- TWO Photos of Keyvan Nourhaghighi, 1988, and 1996+ On December 11, 1996, nine officers have aggravated assaulted and tortured me with brutality. Dr. Klar, has tried to cover the crimes of the Police at Toronto Jail. His report to the College, indicate part of my injuries. +Photo taken at Toronto Jail has been FORGED to mislead the justice for crime as serious as intention to murder. Nine Police officers were punching to my head and several struck my head to the wall. Thanks God that I survive from such malicious plan; without any effect on my strong faith that at all hard condition has protected my mental health.
7- Letter dated April 30, 1997 ,From: Dr. P. Nynkowski, M.D. FRCP To: OIC Re: K. Nourhaghighi++ On May 7, 1993, I was aggravated assaulted by an agent of police after my report to Justice Minister. Since that time, Coachman Insurance Company refusing to provide my insurance benefits that I have purchased it. When I complaint to Dr. Abrmson that I was poisoned at OIC; than OIC put condition that I shall provide psychiatric reports that I have capacity to present myself in the claim against Coachman. ++ The most important part in reference to complaint against Dr. Pinilla is that Dr. Nynkowski written: " he has never used pschotropic or Antidepressant medication!" ; Dr. Pinila with arbitrary discretion tried to serve me with the Antidepressant medication that I have avoided seriously!

ATPL to the Justice Minister. But the said Minister, negligently, without protecting my personal information has forward all my reports to the Attorney General of Ontario and Transport Canada. In this letter, the Justice Minister; with does not have any reference to corruption in ATPL. My experiences in hundreds of conduct with the Canadians Officials allow me to believe that the said Official will always determine what evidences or reports the Ministers, or the Executive Committee are shall ENTITLE to hear; and what evidences and reports should not be presented to them. And this is Destructive Fact and fraudulent misrepresentation under the tort law.
